Analisa Naldi

Title:  Personal Trainer

Analisa completed her undergraduate work in Sports Management along with her collegiate basketball career at Menlo College in May, 2002.  Heading to San Diego to start her post-graduate work in kinesiology and biomechanics, she started working in the corporate fitness and Pilates world.  After a year and a half of pre-requisite work and the beach, she relocated back home to the bay area ready to roll in the Human Performance graduate program at San Jose State University.  It was time for more athletes, more education, and more Olympic Weightlifting!  She completed her masters in Human Performance with an emphasis in Motor Development in August, 2006 (we have a bound copy at FIT….great read!).  She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (2003, NSCA), USAW Club Coach (2003), and CrossFIT Level I Certified Instructor (2007).  She is a proud co-author of the FIT TEENS and FIT KIDS program curriculum, handles the internal marketing at FIT, and active member of FIT Barbell Club. 

Between training and coaching, Analisa spends those extra minutes (..what? we have extra minutes?!) of her day working out,  experimenting with Scott’s nutrition adventures, and working to make each day better than the one before.  Analisa’s favorite word is balance.  Her favorite movements are burpees, snatch, clean and jerks, and muscle ups.
