
Scott Kolasinski

Scott graduated from Miami University (in Ohio) with a B.A. in Microbiology. He received his Masters degree in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo, where he was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at a local high school, and an Exercise Specialist in a clinical exercising facility. He earned a certification in Sports Nutrition from the International Society of Sports Nutrition and he gives nutritional advice to people who may want to lose weight or improve their sports performance.
He has had extensive experience with developing exercise programs for people of all ages and various pathologies. After moving to California, Scott was the Strength and Conditioning coach of St. Lawrence Academy in Santa Clara and he volunteered as an Assistant Strength Coach at San Jose State University. He enjoys training people who want to work hard to improve their fitness level.
For most of his life, Scott has participated in a wide array of sports either competitively or recreationally. His hobbies include golf, basketball, lifting weights, playing the drums, football, reading, baseball, cooking, and writing percussion music.
