    Advanced training designed to enhance
    performance in explosive sports.
  • Barbell Club
    The FIT Barbell Club will offer quality coaching, in a motivationally enriched environment, to participants wishing
    to develop strength and power utilizing a variety of weight training techniques as utilized by Olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, strong man competitors, and athletes.
  • Book Club
    The Men's Literary Discussion Group meets on the First Wednesday of every month at the Rancho Starbucks.
