Advanced training designed to enhance performance in explosive sports.

Mission Statement

Jump Camp focuses on coordination, agility, and overall fitness of young athletes using a variety of training techniques to progress those athletes to the Olympic Lifts, which are widely recognized as the pinnacle of athletic performance.

Philosophy

Young athletes involved in any number of activities and most sports will benefit from our program.   The physical demands from sport to sport are very similar.  All athletes need strength, power, explosiveness, balance, flexibility, agility and quickness.  Therefore, we prescribe a wide ranging program that hits on all of those physical skills.  We do not limit young athletes focus to any one area since they are continuing to develop and mature and are involve d   in many sports.  Our goal is to improve their overall athletic abilities by getting them to be stronger, jump higher, react quicker and run faster so that they can be better prepared to engage the physical demands of whatever sport they choose.   All kids have a niche somewhere in athletics regardless of ability, and we help stimulate their development in our program.  The early exposure to strength training and physical conditioning for our young athletes proves exponentially beneficial to their futures. We continue to challenge young athletes and always encourage them to improve.   In the end, the satisfaction and happiness that stems from achieving new heights and goals is unparalleled

Our program always focuses on the kids, and we strive endlessly to create the best possible atmosphere for them to develop.  We make sure they have fun, laugh, enjoy themselves and make new friends so that they are encouraged to continue.  Our goal is that Jump Camp will be the most positive experience of their lives that was centered on working out and physical fitness.
