FIT BBC Coach Rob “Bob” shows the high hang position during the snatch.  This is essential when teaching the transition between the 2nd and 3rd pull, in which the body is pulled violently beneath the bar.  In this position, it is important to keep the trunk tall, tight, after pulling the hips into the bar, and maintaining bar positioning close to the body.
