Congrats to one of our FIT lifters who set a new PR in her competition clean and jerk yesterday by putting up 70kg.  And...she always does it with a smile.  Way to go Alicia!  Keep an eye out for her (and her younger sister) who will both be lifting Sunday, May 25, at the NorCal Open, hosted by FIT Barbell Club.  http://www.norcalopen.com .
