Video - This is Nikolay Hristov clean and jerking 230 kilos at FIT last Sunday during the NorCal Open weightlifting competition. Nikolay is from Bulgaria and came with his coach Ivan Abadjiev. Coach Abadjiev is the most successful weightlifting coach of all time having produced more Olympic and world champions than anyone else. It was a real honor and quite a show to have them competing at our local meet.
