Don’t let the ball go! Herm is messin’ around with knees to elbows, trying to spice up his usual workouts. Hanging knees to elbows is an excellent exercise to strengthen your hip flexors and core musculature (both anterior and posterior). You can spice up this movement by adding additional weight to your feet via ankle weights, medicine ball, or dumbbells.
