Execution of my first muscle up ever here! This was part of the “Journey to 73kg” which can be found at http://www.focusedtrainers.com/news/newsletter.htm . A muscle-up is a foundation movement for both CrossFIT and gymnasts. The movement is executed by performing a false grip pull-up with a transition into a body weight dip, ending with full elbow extension. Can you tell that dip was getting to me here?
