The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual's competency at all physical tasks. Clients are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

Becca, our honorary CrossFIT LA member and dedicated coach and athlete of Valley CrossFIT (http://www.valleycrossfit.com), shows off her killer power production and strength during &#8220;FRAN&#8221; at the 2008 CrossFIT games.&amp;nbsp; Becca placed 7th out of 100, came in top 10 in her first CrossFIT games and beat two of the top three women in the final event.&amp;nbsp; Something to strive for everybody!&amp;nbsp; We are so proud of you Bec!</description>

Nothing like overhead squats in the early morning daylight.&amp;nbsp; CrossFIT Los Altos&#8217; Aurora grinds it out during out 530am morning session.&amp;nbsp; The large medicine ball placed beneath her serves as a tactile cue to remind her body to sit back, keeping her heels flat on the ground while executing the squatting motion.&amp;nbsp;</description>
