Nothing like a picture with dad after a hard days workout.  Jeremy, one of our original FIT BUDDIES takes a second to breathe and smile with father Bill, who also works out with his trainer twice per week.  Love those healthy habits all through the family!

Thank you to everybody who made our FIT BUDDIES month stellar!  We had fabulous support from all of our families, our FIT family, and those who had never even heard of the program!  This is the “Where my Girls At” workout (week 3) and all of our clients’ times who participated!  Thank you again! Jump Rope
Body Weight Squats
KB Swings
Pull-Ups
Sit-Ups

“Ladies in Waiting”
5 Rounds x10 reps each with 50 Jump Ropes

“Princesses”
5 Rounds x15 reps each with 100 Jump Ropes

“Queens”
5 Rounds x25 reps each with 200 Jump Ropes

Week 2 of FIT BUDDIES Month!  Congrats to Spencer - our FIT KID of the MONTH! He’s picked “FIT BUDDIES GONE BAD” as the workout of the week.
Here you go everybody:

Wall Ball
Deadlift Sumo High Pull
Box Jumps
Push Press
Row

Complete as many rounds in 1 minute at each station as you can, resting for 1 minute after each round of 5 minutes.  3 Rounds for max reps!
Join us Tuesday morning (3/11) at 7am for our FIT BUDDIES GONE BAD hour!
