Week 2 of FIT BUDDIES Month! Congrats to Spencer - our FIT KID of the MONTH! He’s picked “FIT BUDDIES GONE BAD” as the workout of the week.

Wall Ball
Deadlift Sumo High Pull
Box Jumps
Push Press
Row
Complete as many rounds in 1 minute at each station as you can, resting for 1 minute after each round of 5 minutes. 3 Rounds for max reps!
