Congrats to FIT BBC teen Eric who lifted in his first competition this weekend.&amp;nbsp; Eric has been lifting for less than 6 months, finished his high school wrestling season and has diligently been working out with intentions to compete.&amp;nbsp;  He set two personal records yesterday, with a 72kg snatch and a 93kg clean and jerk.&amp;nbsp; Way to get it done!&amp;nbsp; Come out and support his efforts to qualify for 2008 School&#45;Age Nationals in June, at the NorCal Open, hosted by FIT BBC.&amp;nbsp; http://www.norcalopen.com .&amp;nbsp;</description>

It is almost Bear&#8217;s birthday.&amp;nbsp; Bear is going to squat 100kg before his 14th birthday (May 5).....or that beautiful head of hair is going to be cut into a sweet, old, MULLET!&amp;nbsp; Here is Bear with his latest PR, 95kg back squat from a couple of days ago.&amp;nbsp; 100kg is right around the corner dude.....the countdown is on!</description>

Our FIT KID SPOTLIGHT this month is on Andrew, aka &#8220;Shaggy&#8221;. He has just moved into our FIT TEENS program and has shown awesome growth in his overall strength, particularly in his trunk and leg strength.&amp;nbsp; And...he can put up with Coach Rob for over an hour each workout.&amp;nbsp; That alone is worth an award!</description>
