Photo - FIT trainer John competed in his first weightlifting competition this past Sunday at the 44th annual Golden West Open.  He not only placed 4th in his weight class (77kg MEN), but set a new PR in his clean and jerk (114kg) and a new PR total of 190kg.  Way to rock Johnny!
