form looks great!  Seems like your back rounds a little more than maybe needed at the end of the recovery phase?

I thought you said arms were to be fulling extended before recovering legs?

You’re right!  I did say that and that is true.  The arms are supposed to be extended before recovering the legs.  On the drive phase it should be legs, then back, then arms.  On the recovery it should be the opposite order; i.e., arms, then back, then legs.  It is easier said than done.  I did over 40 min. of rowing today to work on my technique.  I can make it look pretty good at submax pace now.  This row was a max 500 m sprint so it really brings out the technical flaws.

The sequence of the body looks good, except the arms.  Today I watched Gabe row, and with conscious effort, it looks like his arms are straightened before moving forward with his body.
