PT 2/8/07

Video - Julene practicing the clean and jerk with 25 kilos.  She is limited by flexibility.  We don’t know for sure, but an educated guess would point to calves, hip flexors, and / or quads.  Incidentally, one of the best ways to improve flexibility is to work the movement pattern that displays the issues and seek to optimize the movement in a safe manner.
