Special thanks to one of our dear PT clients who modeled for our Olympic Weightlifting shoot.  Here, we see her in her starting position for the snatch.  Notice her wide grip, flat feet, flat back, shoulders are over the bar, and eyes are forward.  What a stud!  Thank you again for donating your time for our lifting education project!
