Front Desk Coordinator:
A high end fitness studio is seeking a dynamic person with an interest in or passion for fitness for a part time front desk position. As a front desk employee, you will be the first person that existing and potential clients will see when they come into the studio so excellent customer service skills are a must. The position is Monday and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with potential for additional hours as they become available.
A successful applicant would need to:
- have excellent customer service skills
- have a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- be able to multitask
- be detail oriented
- have an interest in/passion for health and fitness
- be computer savvy
- thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to proactively contribute during downtime
As a front desk employee, you will:
- welcome clients into the studio
- be responsible for general phone and email duties
- manage trainer schedules and bookings
Receptionist experience preferred

Personal Trainer:
Focused Individual Training (FIT), located in Los Altos, CA, is a personal training company, providing one-on-one, small group, and CrossFit training. We are a dynamic training facility with 20 trainers and over 400 clients. We use the most effective, evidence based methods available to design safe and effective training programs for each of our clients. We are looking for highly qualified trainers that display integrity, enthusiasm, and energy to work as part of our team
Bachelors Degree or higher required. Working towards or current certification from NSCA CSCS or NCPT, ACSM, USA Weightlifting, or other nationally recognized organization or sports background preferred.
