1 pm CrossFit Los Altos Group

Participants - Diane and Randy

They did a barbell complex that consisted of:

deadlift
romanian deadlift
hang power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
behind the neck push press

Diane worked up to 35 kg for 4 reps
Randy worked up to 40 kg for 6 reps (if I recall correctly)

The focus was on technique, and it was a bit of conditioning doing such a long complex for sets of 3+ reps...great job!

my workout today was:

21, 15, 9

deadlifts with 102.5 kg
shoulder press with 40 kg

time was 20:13

I was feeling slow and weak today so I did this at a somewhat leisurely pace. This is my 4th day in a row of exercise if you count the singlespeed mountain biking on Saturday. I think I need a rest day tomorrow.

- yep, that's 1 hour, 1.35 minutes. I don't quit.
