Participants - Diane and Randy
They did a barbell complex that consisted of:
deadlift
romanian deadlift
hang power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
behind the neck push press
Diane worked up to 35 kg for 4 reps
Randy worked up to 40 kg for 6 reps (if I recall correctly)
The focus was on technique, and it was a bit of conditioning doing such a long complex for sets of 3+ reps...great job!
