Exercise-induced rhabdo is real.

It is good to know that trainers and coaches at FIT are familiar with this condition and can identify which clients/individuals are candidates for exercise-induced rhabdomyolysis. Generally, the person at risk for rhabdo is someone who is somewhat fit enough to push himself/herself yet isn't preconditioned sufficiently for a high level of whole-body physical activities, especially those of a repetitive nature.
