CrossFit Los Altos 1 pm group

4 rounds of KB exercises. Each exercise is done for 10 reps on each side for a total of 100 reps each round or 400 total reps. Between rounds there is a 1 min. rest period. Complete all 4 rounds as fast as possible.

Rounds 1 & 3
Snatch
Clean
Push Press
Squat
Deadlift

Rounds 2 & 4
Deadlift
Squat
Push Press
Clean
Snatch

Randy and Kurt used a 16kg KB, Diane used a 12kg KB

results:
(times include the 1 min. rest periods)

Diane - 4:25, 11:15, 18:50, 25:43
Randy - 3:54, 9:10, 14:56, 21:41
Kurt - 3:39, 8:33, 14:02, 19:44

Great job on a very tough workout!

I did one round of Barbara and puked Pho' Ga in my mouth...

20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 bw squats

Good job, Thom, on keeping the Pho Ga inside the mouth. A large bowl of Pho Ga is a tough thing to keep down. I would've worn it on the front of my shirt by the end of round one.
