My workout today was the same as the 1pm CrossFit Los Altos group on Tues.

4 rounds of KB exercises. Each exercise is done for 10 reps on each side for a total of 100 reps each round or 400 total reps. Between rounds there is a 1 min. rest period. Complete all 4 rounds as fast as possible.

Rounds 1 & 3
Snatch
Clean
Push Press
Squat
Deadlift

Rounds 2 & 4
Deadlift
Squat
Push Press
Clean
Snatch

I used a 16kg KB

results:
(times include the 1 min. rest periods)

Still shaking....very tough :)

Participants - Diane, Josie, Randy, Kurt

Overhead (snatch grip barbell) walking lunges (about 25 yards)
20 burpees
20 push-presses (same barbell as lunges)
20 squats

3 rounds for time

As usual, this was a very tough, but extremely productive workout. Tough group...keep up the great work!
