30 Wall Balls (20lb Randy, 12lb Diane)
30 full KB swings (20kg Randy, 16kg Diane)
30 ball slams (20lb Randy, 16lb Diane)
30 pull-ups (Randy & Diane - jumping focusing on technique and full ROM)
3 rounds
Participants - Diane and Randy
I had them rest 30 seconds after the second person was done with each exercise. The workout was to last until finished or 30 min. whatever came first. They were one or two exercises away from finishing at 30 min.
