Interesting article....one thought I've had is if you take a CEO and take everything they have away from them, then I would bet they would build themselves back up to a similar level in a very short time...maybe a year or two. In other words, it is the confidence, awareness, strengths, playing down weaknesses etc. that would allow them to do so.
