1pm CrossFit Los Altos WOD

participants - Diane, Tracey, Josie, Randy, John, Thom

did a 15 min. active warmup with lots of skipping movements in various directions to loosen up the hips and stretch out the hamstrings and glutes

run to the stop sign and back (approx 1/2 mile)
pushups - 10
forward lunge (length of parking lot ~ 25 yards)
backward lunge (same distance)
lateral lunge - 10 each side
crossover lunge - 10 each side
pushups - 10

complete as many rounds of this as possible in 30 min.

We had great weather and a fun group today.....hoooorayyy for lunges!

Joe - 4 complete rounds
Michelle - 3 complete rounds (well, finished the 3rd round 13 seconds after the 30 min. mark)
