5 Rounds
6 Exercises - 1 Min rotate between each exercise
Rest between rounds: 1 min, 2 mins, 3mins x 2

Thrusters (15kg or 30kg)
Pullups (Strict, kipping, assisted)
8 Count Burpies (2 pushups in the middle)
KB Swings (8-20kg)
Hanging Knee tucks
Back Extension

Attendees: Mary Bechman, Serena & Rob Earwicker, Joe Fusco, Sergio Monsalve & Mike Gilley

We recorded the number of repetitions performed during each exercise, however, there were some teething problems with this so I will NOT post the numbers for fear of a dispute! :D It was a very competitive group, everyone did a brilliant job! Have a great weekend!
