CrossFit Los Altos 1pm group

participants - Lisa G., Diane A., Randy B.

Squats
Jumping pull-ups from rings
Hang Power Snatch & OHS (or Hang Snatch) - 7.5 kg
Pushup (from parallettes with feet on the floor)
Wall Ball - 8lbs / 20lbs

All this for 3 rounds for time. Do each exercise for 20 reps (you can do 10 reps for each exercise if you want, but if you start the round with 20 reps, then you must do all the exercises in that round for 20 reps).

Times:

12:06 Lisa (10 reps per exercise for all 3 rounds) - great 1st official CF workout
17:08 Randy (20 reps per exercise with the 20 lbs ball in wall ball)
29:20 Diane (20 reps per exercise and doing hang snatches)

Excellent workout!!!

Jimmy and I made up WOD:

400m run (treadmill)
15 BW Squats
20 Pull-ups (kipping)
25 Push-ups
30 Sit-Ups (decline bench)

5 Rounds

Jimmy Time: 30: (and some change)
Analisa Time: 37: (and some change)

Killer workout the day after the crazy 315 squat day! But...glad to be over....pull-ups were harder today than normal. Next time we do this workout both times will definitely improve. Great workout when you're coming off of a rest day.

I've done this once before, and I think I improved by maybe one minute. Unfortunately, I didn't do any record keeping at that time.

I did 20 reps of each, for 3 rounds:

squats
jumping ring pull ups
hang snatch (7.5kg)
push ups (parallelletes)
wall ball (18lbs)
