7 "h" Pull-ups
9 Rounds of above

100 Pull-Ups (10 sets of 10 - kipping Jimmy and Analisa)

1 mile run (1 lap around .7 mi loop outside - .7 mile run)
Jimmy:37:43 (damn! That guy kicks a*&!)
Josie: 45: and some change (Yeah lady! Rolled right through it!)

Jen: finished half because she had a client.....but kicked butt on the half she did! (Yeah girl!)
Feels so great to be done with this one! Great job everybody! Way to attach the beast for the 3rd day in a row.....those quads are talkin' to me...and the blisters from pull-ups are back!
Just a side note: In the past 3 days Jimmy and I have completed 690 squats, 325 Push-Ups, and 200 Pull-Ups. Isn't that nuts? Props for the hard work everybody! Great job!
