Corp. WOD

Handstand pushups were done with a foot, or both feet, supported on a wall. L-Pull-ups were done in a sagging fashion, but both legs were kept out in front for all reps, avoiding "h" pull-ups.

3 L Pull-ups
11 Handstand push-ups
5 L Pull-ups
9 Handstand push-ups
7 L Pull-ups
7 Handstand push-ups
9 L Pull-ups
5 Handstand push-ups

13 L Pull-ups
1 Handstand push-up
15 L Pull-ups

Time: 25:10

Not as hard as I made it appear.

Finished with some cleans.

Time: 1:23:05, yep almost an hour and a half. I'm very proud I beat my goal of getting it done under 2 hours.

What the hell do you call my performance? I'm just looking forward to getting it under an hour some day.
