CrossFit Los Altos 1pm group
Participants - Diane, Randy, Kurt
Cindy
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
as many rounds as possible in 20 min.
Results:
Diane - 14 rounds (jumping pullups)
Randy - 19 rounds + all but 3 squats to finish the 20th round (jumping pullups)
Kurt - 10 rounds (kipping pullups)

Josie and I did the group workout from Saturday
8 kb swings (16kg)
8 jumping pull ups
8 box jumps
8 thrusters
8 knees to elbows
8 dead lifts
8 push ups
jump rope
Josie had a client and had to stop at 5 rounds at 26:30 (I think!...awesome job:)
I finished 8 at 49:30...was not going to let that clock hit 50!

My workout tonight -
Front Squat
90kg, 95, 100, 105, 110, 110, 110, 100, 70, 70
Legs felt tired from my singlespeed ride yesterday. Now it's time to go home and try to get in another bike ride before dark.

My workout, Last Sunday's WOD:
DL for 7 reps
Ring Dips for 10 reps
5 rounds for time
Did 325 lbs DL (1.5 * BW)
Time = 17:09
That's one heavy DL for me. Back is tight, and I know form was not 100% every rep.

Did yesterday's Corp WOD. 5 rounds:
- 7 Deadlifts with 90 kg (used light weight because this is my 8th day straight of training)
- 10 ring dips
Time: 7:10
It was easier than I make it appear.
