CrossFit Los Altos 1pm Group

Participants - Melody, Michelle, Lisa, Drew, Randy, Thom

Landmind rotations - 20 reps
Ball Slams - 20 reps (12lbs or 16lbs)
Jump Rope - 20 double-unders or 50 single-unders
KB Swing - 20 reps (8kg, 12kg, or 16kg)
OH Walking Lunge - parking lot (7.5kg bar)
BW Squat - 20 reps

All 6 people had to finish their reps before the team could rotate. This was a fun "team" workout in the sunny CA weather. Kick Ass!

Attendee: Kurt

Clean 40kg, 50kg, 60kg x 5, 70kg x 3 A Personal Record in the Clean for Kurt.

C&J's & Front Squat 50kg - Focus was on technique of Clean & Jerk and Front Squat.

Finished up with some Paralette L holds for 5-10 seconds, transitioning into 10 Pushups for four rounds.

Great job Kurt!

My workout today (tonight)

I roped Kurt into doing this with me

my time - 3:17.8 (I can still feel it about 30 min. later)

I think Kurt did 3:40
