Jumping pull-ups x 10
Ball Slams (12 or 16 lbs) x 10
Situps x 10
as many rounds as possible in 15 min.
Jill - 6 rounds
Alex - 8 3/4 rounds
Great job ladies - tough CrossFit workout first thing in the morning!

I did the same 50 workout. My time was 40:41. I felt pretty good until the burpees. I think I spent at least 10 min. on the burpees breaking them up into sets of 5.
The hardest exercises in this sequence for me were burpees and knees to elbows. Everything else felt decent. This is my 4th day in a row if you count a 1k meter row yesterday as a workout.

Completed 5 rounds with a min. to spare - great first official CrossFit workout for Allyson. It'll be great to have you in the groups.

I had to substitute the Double-Unders with regular skips because I need some practice.
