CrossFit Los Altos 9am workout

participants - Susan, Serena, Michelle

Run to the stop sign
Box Jumps - 25 or 50 reps (whatever box height you want)
Run to the stop sign
KB High Pulls - 25 or 50 reps (16 or 20 kg)
Run to the stop sign
Ball Slams - 25 or 50 reps (12 or 16 lbs)
Run to the stop sign
Situps - 25 or 50 reps (decline ab bench or GHG machine)

Susan - 26:06 (25 reps on everything, abs on decline bench)
Serena - 27:11 (25 reps on everything, except 50 reps of abs on GHG)
Michelle - 25:30 (25 reps on everything, except 50 reps of abs on decline bench)
