10 Pull-Ups
10 Ring Dips (subbed Asst. Dips Lvl 6 - 28lbs of asst)

10 Rounds for time
Total time - 35:00 flat

Legs are wasted from yesterday. Not going to be fun to wash my hair later. Arms match legs now.
What a sweet week so far.....

participants - Diane, Michelle

Rowing Machine – 1000 meters, 750, 500 - (setting 5)
Sumo Deadlift High-pull – 50 reps, 40, 30 - (25 kg)
Jumping Kipping Pull-ups – 40 reps, 30, 20

Diane – 31:15
Michelle - 31:53 (minus last pull-up round because she ran out of time)

Great job. This workout uses all the same muscles over and over and is relentless. Keep it up ladies...

Today's workout for me was:

assisted pullups x 10
assisted dips x 10

10 rounds for time

I did strict technique on level 15 (82 lbs of assistance) for all sets and exercises.

I varied the pullup grip and did the narrower dip grip.

Crossfit 6pm - Kurt

.7 Mile Loop (Fartlek Sprints)

5 Rounds or 35mins - whichever comes first

20 Pullups
20 Pushups
20 KB Deadlift Highpulls 24kg
20 KB Swings 24kg
20 Knees to elbows

Kurt completed four rounds in 35:20mins - he is recovering from a cold. A Crossfit workout works better than Sudafed for clearning your sinuses, apparently! :eek:

Tried to make sure my chest reached my hands on each dip. The ring dips killed my time. Pull-ups were great.
