CrossFit Los Altos 5:30am group

participants - Alex & Jill

We did a long active dynamic warm-up to loosen up, then the WOD was:

Rowing Machine - 500 meters
KB Sumo Deadlift High-pull - 25 reps
Jumping Kipping Pull-ups - 15 reps

3 rounds for time

Alex - 15:08 with a 20 kg kettlebell
Jill - 18:45 with a 12 kg kettlebell

We finished with a few hip mobility drills. Great start to the day ladies!

Practiced Snatch technique - went up to 40kg x 5 for full snatches

Technique overall is very sound.

Went outside and practiced acceleration sprint mechanics. Acceleration mechanics were pretty good....need more extension on the drive phase. Body position is great...especially for the first day practicing this.
