CrossFit Los Altos 9am group

participants - Diane, Serena, Michelle, Kurt

warmup - Indian run around .7 mile loop with 12lb dynamax ball

50 squats
25 push-ups
10 KB Deadlifts
50 Calories on the Rowing Machine
25 situps
10 DB Bench
50 steps walking lunge
25 ring rows
10 wall balls
50 double unders (or 200 single unders)
25 pull-ups
10 dips

Everyone picked the hardest variation or heaviest weight for the prescribed reps. For example - 40kg KB deadlift, Kurt did 70 lb dumbbells for bench, etc.

Diane - 26:15
Serena - 26:32 (had to take a brief break for work related task)
Michelle - 22:30
Kurt - 22:00

Once again - great effort by everyone!
