5 Pull-Ups (all kipping)
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats

As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes

Completed 13 rounds + 5 Pull-Ups

Last time - 12 rounds (struggled).....can beat this and get 15 rounds.
Mentally a little worn. Keep workin' -

CrossFit Los Altos 1pm group

participants - Diane & Randy

practiced KB technique for cleans and snatches

WOD

Power Clean - 5 on each
Power Snatch - 5 on each
Thrusters - 5 on each

4 rounds for time (but must be as technically perfect as possible)

Randy - 13:05 (32kg, 16kg, 16kg)
Diane - 14:34 (24kg, 16kg, 12kg)

Great technical improvement for both people.

CrossFit Los Altos 6pm group

participants - Michelle & Kurt

went around the .7 mile loop carrying dumbbells

Kurt had 25 lb DB's and Michelle had 12 lb DB's

They did a variety of exercises such as burpees, walking lunges, waiter's walks, thrusters, RDL's, clean and push jerks, split jerks, snatches, walking DB twists, running etc.

This was a longer workout (took the whole hour) with a bit more strength endurance & stamina. Great job!

2 reps away reps from 18 rounds...almost 4 better than last time. Felt yesterday's chest workout.

Followed this up with singles on Back Squat.
