My workout for this morning was:

Snatches - up to 65kg x 1
Front Squats - up to 100kg x 3
Deadlifts - up to 130 x 3

I haven't done much Olympic lifting in the last several months so I decided to use this workout as an opportunity to play with our new biomechanical analysis software - Dartfish. I'm still using basic functions, but I'll attempt to attach a few video clips of my snatches to this thread.

I hope to do either a CrossFit workout or singlespeed bike ride later today.

CrossFit Los Altos 1pm group

participants - Michelle, Serena, Randy

Warmup - lots of active dynamic movement / lunge variations etc.

Team Angie Workout

100 pull-ups (jumping kipping variation)
100 push-ups
100 situps (GHG machine - as low as possible)
100 squats

This was a team workout so everyone had to be done with their reps before rotation. Michelle did 50 reps of each exercise, Serena did 75 reps of each, and Randy did 100 of each.

The team took 19:10 to complete the workout.

They finished with a rowing machine race where Randy did 1000 meters, Serena did 800 meters, and Michelle did 700 meters. Serena won the race by 2 seconds, then Michelle, and Randy was about 8 seconds behind.

Tough workout!

my pm workout for today

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

as many rounds as possible in 10 min.

completed 6 rounds

I also worked on jump rope technique to strengthen my weak feet and develop the elastic properties of my lower body.
