My workout for this morning was:
Snatches - up to 65kg x 1
Front Squats - up to 100kg x 3
Deadlifts - up to 130 x 3
I haven't done much Olympic lifting in the last several months so I decided to use this workout as an opportunity to play with our new biomechanical analysis software - Dartfish. I'm still using basic functions, but I'll attempt to attach a few video clips of my snatches to this thread.
I hope to do either a CrossFit workout or singlespeed bike ride later today.
