participants - Mary, Serena, Michelle (happy b-day)

WOD

DB Clean (must touch DB to ground in starting position) + 3 push presses (this combo counts as 1 rep) - as many reps as possible in 5 minutes

Walking lunge - 200 steps minus the # of reps from 1st exercise

Pullups (jumping kipping variation) - 100 reps minus the # of reps from the 1st exercise

1000 meter rowing machine sprint

Results -

Mary and Michelle used 15 lb DB's, Serena used 12 lb DB's

Mary did 20 reps of the clean + pp combo
Serena did 19 reps
Michelle did 15 reps

total times:
Mary - 29:22 (way to represent during your 1st official CF workout)
Serena - 30:14 (one tough FIT operations manager)
Michelle - 30:46 (great job...especially with all those mojitos and fried food last night - hey it was your b-day get together)
