CrossFit Los Altos 1pm group
participants - Jean, Michelle, Diane, Randy, Doug
tabata squats
tabata ball slams
tabata push-ups
tabata sit-ups
tabata DB push presses
20 sec on, 10 sec off for 8 rounds each exercise
we took a 5 min. break between each exercise
This is a tough workout - harder than it sounds (like most). Great job everyone!

Did Saturday, 5/13 Corporate WOD:
10 DB C&J
1 Weighted Pull-Up
9 DB C&J
2 Weighted Pull-Ups....you get the idea on down to 1 DB C&J and 10 Weighted Pull-Ups
Completed DB C&J with 35# DB (next time definitely shooting for 40#, DB touch floor to start each rep)
Weighted Pull-Ups with 10# DB between my feet (supinated grip, little kip, maintained as strict as possible because of awkwardness w/DB between feet)
Total time: 47:02
Never done weighted pull-ups, let alone, [B]strict[B] weighted pull-ups (fun accomplishment). Keeping a little kip in there kept me moving, but they definitely slowed my time way down! Really liked the challenge of this WOD. Will definitely be tackling it again in the coming months!

participants - Ryan & Kurt
25 squats
25 pushups
run to the stop sign @ Covington Rd.
5 KB swings with a flip on each hand
x 4 rounds for time
Results (to the best of my memory hours later):
Ryan - 25:11
Kurt - 28:45 (really slowed down by KB technique)
Good job...we need to work on the KB flipping technique, but you guys did awesome with such a small amount of practice.

Today's Corporate WOD
100 Pull-Ups (kippin)
100 Push Ups
100 Sit-Ups
100 Squats
Time = 26:53
Better than last time by 9 minutes, but I've got a long way to go.
