I did the same workout as the CF 1pm group
I used the same weights and variations as Randy. My time was 20:31. Randy you beat me on this one....you rock!

16kg KB Push Press - 10ea, 5ea, 5ea
Situps (GHG) - 20, 10, 10
Rope Climbs - 5 times up and down, 3 times up and down, 10 rope descents/ascents

lots of pulling moves....great workout...and a nice recovery for your lower body

I made it look a lot harder than it really was. Half way through, Pukey the Clown cold-cocked me and proceeded to knee me in the gut.

Felt horrible throughout it. I was dead tired before I started and didn't want to do this at all.
After I was done, I figured I was really dehydrated because I didn't sweat at all. A really weird feeling.
So I did it again at 5:15 pm

Felt this morning's WOD a little while doing it, but this time I sweated.
