Did Los Altos Crossfit WOD from yesterday

21-15-9

MB Slams (20lbs)
Jumping Pull-Ups
KB High Pull (32 kg)
Push-Ups
OH Squats (20kg)
Jumping Pull-Ups
KB Squat (24kg - KB in one hand)
Push-Ups

Jimmy 18:18
Analisa 22:17

Did it with the guys weight (trying to be a tough girl). The KB Squats were by far the hardest part of this workout. Never had a chance to catch my breath. Great job yesterdays group! This one was hard!

Did the Corporate WOD:

12 Sumo High-Pulls, 42.5 kg
12 Ring Dips

5 Rounds for time

14:50
Made sure each Ring Dip had the pecs meet the hands with full extension at the top. The ring dips were very difficult through the 3rd to 5th rounds.

CrossFit Los Altos 1pm group

participants - Michelle & Randy

KB circuit

5 KB snatches on each arm
5 KB clean and push presses on each arm
5 KB squats on each arm
5 KB full swings with both hands

as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

results:
Michelle did 4 complete rounds with 12 kg
Randy did 3 complete rounds with 24 kg

They both finished in about 9:15, but chose to call it a workout. What a hard sequence....but what about cardio?...haha.

My workout for today was to ride my singlespeed mountain bike up and down canyon trail....it was a 2 hour ride.

I can definitely say that if I hadn't been doing CrossFit workouts I would not have made it up and down before dark.....I may have simply passed out and puked on the trail.
