participants - Diane, Serena, Randy

Overhead Squats - 3 sets of 5
Clean - 3 sets of 3
Deadlift - 3 sets of 3

try to add weight to each set

results:

Diane:
OHS - 22.5kg, 25, 30
Clean - 35kg, 40, 42.5
DL - 70kg, 80, 85

Serena:
OHS - 20kg, 25, 26
Clean - 27kg, 30, 32.5
DL - 55kg, 57.5, 60

Randy:
OHS - 30kg, 40 (broken set), 41 (broken set)
Clean - 45kg, 50, 55
DL - 80kg, 90, 95

participants - Michelle R. & Ryan

20 KB full swings (2 hands)
10+10 KB swings - head height (1 hand)
20 KB Deadlift High Pull (DLHP) (2 hands)
10+10 KB DLHP (1 hand)
10+10 KB Snatch (1 hand)

3 rounds for time

results:

Michelle did the first 4 exercises of the 1st round with 12 kilos, then dropped to 8 kilos. She finished in 17:40.

Ryan used 16 kilos (1 pood) for all 3 rounds and finished in 26:50.

Both Michelle and Ryan had some low back tightness that slowed them down.
