hard, but fun workout

Same WOD as above - - used same weight

1st round - 9:45 (thrusters slowed me down...broke into 3 7's...should've sucked it up and done them straight through)
2nd round - 8:00 (thrusters again...did 11 straight, left arm wasn't havin' it)
3rd round - 6:00 (overall just tired...need to do thrusters faster!)

This WOD was defnitely a beast. Negative - times were slow. Thrusters are right up there with ring dips on my "to-do-asap" list. Positive - used prescribed loads, pull-ups felt good

Michelle - 9:08, 7:32, 5:59 (55lb thrusters, jumping pullups)
Randy - 7:00, 6:41, 6:51 (85 lb thrusters, bodyweight pullups - partial ROM due to flexibility at the bottom)
Jen - 10:59, 8:45, 6:36 (55 lb thrusters, kipping pullups 1st round, jumping pullups 2nd and 3rd round)
Serena - 9:44, 8:35, 6:15 (55 lb thrusters, jumping pullups)

Excellent work CrossFit team!!!

All Pull-Ups were unbroken.
I brain-farted on the third round. I did 12 Thrusters instead of the prescribed 15. Poor memory. Must have been the lack of oxygen, so I guess I could add another 10-15 seconds to that last time and that'd be my true time. I could have certainly done 15 reps.

pretty much a max effort after a week or so off.....puked a bit after rd 1, spit up a bit after round 2, got a bit dizzy, but finished strong....tough dude

Way to suck it up and finish dude! That might be pukie's first trip to FIT in a long time! ..since Fight Gone Bad Round 1!....
