Corporate WOD -

800m Run (outside)
50 Back Extensions (1st set did full GHG Ext, 2nd and 3rd Parallel to floor)
50 Sit-Ups (all 3 sets on GHG)

Total Time: 27:05

Hammy's are already getting a little tight...waking up tomorrow will be grand!

Time = 32:57

Did this after doing some heavy Box Squats (12" Box). My legs are toast.

We took it slow and easy and practiced technique with OHS, Front Squats, and Back Squats

We had Dartfish running to let them watch themselves after their sets. It was a bit of a recovery day, but it was a very productive workout in many ways.
