CrossFit Los Altos 1pm group

participants - Michelle, Ryan, Serena, Rob

20 KB Deadlift High-pulls
20 DB Push Press
20 Push-ups
20 DB Rows
Run to stop sign (~.4 miles)

3 rounds for time

1st place must finish with 250 meters on rowing machine, 2nd - 500m, 3rd - 750m, 4th - 1000 meters.

Michelle - 22:30
Ryan - 25:49
Serena - 27:21
Rob - 29:49

I'm loving the intensity and the degree to which everyone pushed themselves....congrats!

Close with 1000m on Rower

Kurt did a stomach curdling (almost) attempt to beat Rob's time of earlier today and came in a close 30:17 - 28 secsonds behind! Brilliant job!

my WOD-

full Clean and Jerks up to 100kg x 1

It felt heavy and a bit akward because I haven't done full C&J's for a long time. I'm happy I did it though :)

Finished with some push-up variations - on the kettlebells with a 1 arm row, ring pushups etc.
