his workout for this morning:
5 pullups
20kg - 10 ea KB Clean + Snatch (do all cleans and snatches on each arm before switching sides)
20lb - 20 Wall Balls
20kg - 10ea KB Push Press
20lb - 20 Ball Slam
16kg - 5 Turkish Getup (TGU)
as many rounds as possible in 20 min.
He completed 2 rounds with the exception of the TGU on round 2. Finished Ball Slams at 19:41.
