20 deadlifts (Diane and Randy used 60kg, Michelle used 40kg)
5 ring rows

Way to kill it Randy! Michelle you did great with lots of new movements for you. Diane, this was a workout that combined several challenging movements for you...with a lot of weight in the deadlift...way to tough it out!
