WOD

run to stop sign
150 wall balls (20 lbs men, 12 lbs women)
150 pullups (jumping kipping variation)
150 pushups (knees or feet)
run to stop sign

results -
Michelle - 43:30
Diane - 60:20
Gabe - 50:16
Johnny - 39:36

At 10 am, Corporate WOD

800m run
115 lb. Thruster, 15 reps
21 L-Pull Ups, no kip

3 Rounds for Time = 32:53

At 5:30 pm
120 Pull Ups (Kipping)
120 Dips

For Time = 31:21
- I should have had this under 30 minutes.
