CrossFit Los Altos 1pm group

participants - Diane, Kurt, Randy, Rob

WOD - Kettlebell workout from hell

DL - 2 hand
DLHP - 2 hand
Snatch - 1 hand
Clean & Push Press - 1 hand
Full Swing - 2 hand
OHS - 1 hand

21 reps of everything (if it is a 1 hand exercise, then do 21 on each side)
followed by 15 reps of everything

Results:

Randy finished both rounds in 25:45
Kurt was a few min. after Randy
Diane finished 1 round around 27 min., then ran out of time
Rob finished in around 30:35

very tough experimental workout...thanks for staying tough during my experiments :)
